Inclement Weather Policy:

In the event of inclement weather, please call the studio no more than ONE HOUR before your class.  The recorded message on the studio phone will tell you if classes are cancelled.  If the message does not mention cancellation, then we ARE OPEN and running classes on our usual schedule.  We do not return phone calls about weather, so please do not ask for a call back.

 

If we close due to poor weather conditions a notice will be placed:

 

•  Here on the WEATHER CLOSINGS page of our website

 

• On the Monarch Dance Studio page on Facebook (and also the Monarch Dance Studio group)

 

•  You will recieve a text message or phone call from your instructor to let you know that classes are cancelled for the night

 

 

Please be sure that we have an up-to-date phone number on file for you so that you will receive a cancellation call/text!

 

 

MCDS Program Weather Closings:

The MCDS Friday Dance Program will follow the school calendar and weather closing decisions of the MCDS staff.  You will be notified via email by the MCDS staff of weather related closings.  Monarch Dance Studio will not make personal calls in the event of a weather related closing.  In the event of a cancellations due to poor weather conditions a notice will be placed:

 

• Here on the WEATHER CLOSINGS page of our website

 

• On the Monarch Dance Studio page on Facebook (and also the Monarch Dance Studio group)

 

• On the recorded Voice Mail Message of the studio phone (610) 816-8434.  Because the information is on the Voice Mail Message, calls inquiring about weather cancellations will not be returned.
